California man breaks into woman’s home and sucks her toes while she slept

A California man who terrorized a woman for months and later broke into her home to assault her feet while she slept has been sentenced to over six years in prison.

Christian Solorio, 28, became obsessed with the woman after spotting her at her workplace in February 2025, prosecutors said.

According to the Stanislaus County District Attorney’s Office, Solorio repeatedly showed up at her job and lingered nearby in an effort to contact her. He reportedly asked her out multiple times and even sent a letter expressing a desire to take her to Mexico.

“This harassment continued for several weeks,” officials noted.

A California sicko has been sentenced to more than six years in prison after stalking a woman, breaking into her home and sucking her toes while she slept.

The situation escalated in May when Solorio appeared at her residence. He waited for the woman’s father to leave before breaking into the home, prosecutors said. Once inside, he entered her bedroom and began biting and licking her toes. The woman woke up during the assault and calmly engaged with Solorio while her family intervened and called authorities.

Solorio entered a no-contest plea to felony stalking and assault with intent to commit a sexual offense during a burglary, the district attorney’s office confirmed. He received the maximum state prison sentence of six years and eight months.

In addition to his state conviction, Solorio faces federal charges related to drug trafficking.

Deputy District Attorney Vita Palazuelos praised the woman for her courage. “The victim was very brave in coming forward,” Palazuelos said. “The Sheriff’s Office did an excellent job apprehending him. Unfortunately, the maximum sentence for this offense is only six years.”

Palazuelos also emphasized that the woman had taken every precaution to avoid her stalker before the home invasion occurred.
