‘F— around and find out’ An Oklahoma man accused of vowing to publicly execute President has admitted to spewing death threats over social media.
Jacob Hudson (Muskogee County Sheriff's Office).
An Oklahoma man has pleaded guilty to making threats against President Donald Trump, FBI Director Kash Patel, Attorney General Pam Bondi, and former presidents George W. Bush, Barack Obama, and Joe Biden.
Jacob Hudson, a military veteran from Muskogee who goes by the nickname “Batman,” initially entered a not guilty plea but agreed to a deal with the Justice Department that removes one of the charges against him. Hudson will no longer face a count of threatening to impede, intimidate, interfere with, or retaliate against a federal law enforcement officer. Instead, he has pleaded guilty to two counts of transmitting interstate communications containing threats of harm. These charges stem from messages Hudson sent to Patel and his wife, Alexis Wilkins, in late 2025.
According to court documents, Hudson could face up to five years in federal prison. His sentencing date has not yet been set. On Monday, a magistrate judge in the Eastern District of Oklahoma approved Hudson’s plea agreement, and he was returned to custody. The agreement acknowledges that, if the case had gone to trial, the government could prove that between October 29, 2025, and November 20, 2025, Hudson “knowingly and willfully transmitted in interstate commerce communications containing multiple threats to injure K.P. and A.W., including threats to kill them.” Hudson admitted he knew his communications would be considered threatening.
Hudson, a former U.S. Air Force member, allegedly posted on social media that Patel, Wilkins, Trump, Bondi, and others would be “publicly executed,” citing their supposed connection to the release of the “Epstein list.” He reportedly referenced Jeffrey Epstein repeatedly on Facebook and Instagram, a topic that has drawn criticism toward the Trump administration over documents related to Epstein’s criminal cases.
Some of Hudson’s posts directly targeted Patel and his wife, tagging them on Instagram and stating, “You’re both gonna be publicly executed for hurting kids.” In another post from October 2025, Hudson tagged Patel, Trump, and Bondi and wrote that he would “literally slap the f—in taste outta your mouth” if they continued with matters tied to the Epstein files, adding aggressive language directed at the president and other officials. Other posts included threats of public execution and confrontational statements such as, “F— around and find out. Come get me h—. Try me. You’re all gonna be publicly executed … I promise you that.” He also sent messages threatening Bush, Obama, and Biden, saying, “You’re all getting it too! All Public executions!” and warning that they did not understand “who the f— I am.”
Investigators reported that Hudson’s brother described him as having “very strong political beliefs,” which had previously caused conflicts within the family. Authorities also noted that in September 2025, Hudson was arrested after allegedly attempting to break into a neighbor’s home while shouting death threats. Court documents say he was “screaming about wanting to kill President Trump.”
During his arrest, Hudson identified himself as “Batman” and admitted to sending the threatening posts. In interviews, he claimed his motivations were centered on protecting children and repeatedly referenced the Epstein case.
