Red-headed Mickey Rourke spotted out in LA after getting the boot from Beverly Hills home

Mickey Rourke, sporting bright red hair, was seen leaving a Los Angeles pizzeria just days after losing his Beverly Grove residence.

The actor appeared in casual attire, wearing dark sunglasses, a partially unbuttoned cowboy-style shirt, and jeans with a dangling leather belt as he exited Mulberry Street Pizzeria in Beverly Hills on Thursday.

An eviction notice was recently posted on the door of Rourke’s former Drexel Avenue home, confirming that he officially lost the property this week. Court records show that the residence has returned to the possession of landlord Eric T. Goldie.

A judgment filed Monday in Los Angeles County Superior Court was entered by default, suggesting that the “Iron Man 2” star did not respond to the complaint or appear in court before the required deadline.

Back in December, a court filing ordered Rourke to leave the property within three days or pay $59,100 in overdue rent. In January, the actor was seen moving items out of the house, with a U-Haul parked in the driveway the following day. During this period, Rourke stayed at a luxury West Hollywood hotel, where rooms start at $550 per night.

Rourke rose to fame in the early 1980s with performances in “Heaven’s Gate,” “Body Heat,” and “Diner,” establishing himself as one of Hollywood’s most intense leading men with films including “9½ Weeks,” “Angel Heart,” “Barfly,” and “The Pope of Greenwich Village.”

In recent years, the actor has kept a lower public profile, with recent credits including the sports-romantic comedy “The Roaring Game” and the parody film “Not Another Church Movie.”
