Super Easy Slow Cooker Ribs – Fall Off The Bone BBQ Ribs Recipe

Ingredients

3½ lbs ribs

3 tablespoons brown sugar

2 teaspoons chili powder
-
2 teaspoons paprika
-
1 teaspoon garlic powder
-
1 teaspoon onion powder
-
1 teaspoon thyme
-
Salt and black pepper to taste

1 cup barbecue sauce
Instructions

Cut the ribs into equal halves so they will fit in the slow cooker.

Remove the membrane from the ribs and pat them dry with a paper towel.

In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar, chili powder, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, salt, and black pepper.

Season both sides of the ribs generously with the spice mixture.

Place one half of the ribs into the slow cooker and spread half of the barbecue sauce over them.

Place the second half of the ribs into the slow cooker and spread the remaining barbecue sauce on top.

Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
