THIS IS INSANITY: Anti-ICE Activists Run Military-Grade Surveillance Operation Against Federal Agents
A recent investigation first reported by Fox News Digital alleges that anti-ICE activist networks across the United States are collecting and sharing detailed information about federal immigration enforcement activity through coordinated online efforts.
According to the report, these groups use encrypted messaging platforms and shared databases to document the movements and activities of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) personnel. The information reportedly gathered includes license plate numbers, locations, timestamps, photographs, descriptions of uniforms, and other identifying details.
Fox News reported that as many as 200 anti-ICE organizations may be participating in what it describes as a coordinated information-sharing system operating through multiple regional hubs and databases, many of which are based in large metropolitan areas.

Separately, The Gateway Pundit previously reported on a leaked Signal group chat allegedly linked to activists in Minneapolis. The chat, titled “MN ICE Watch,” was reportedly used to coordinate protests and share information related to ICE operations during demonstrations in the city.
According to those reports, the group was allegedly infiltrated by independent journalist Cam Higby, who later shared screenshots on X. Names of individuals said to be administrators of the chat were circulated online. Among those named was Amanda Noelle Koehler, described as a protest organizer and former campaign strategist for Minnesota Governor Tim Walz. In the chat, she reportedly used the alias “HAH.”
The reports also claim that other individuals listed as administrators or participants included local political figure David Snyder and Minnesota State Senate candidate Anita Smithson, who was described as serving in a coordinating role within the group.
Activists are being trained in “SALUTE,” a military intelligence framework used by soldiers to track enemies in combat.
This method instructs civilians to systematically record the following on federal officers they cast as “mercenaries”:

Fox News further cited retired U.S. Army Green Beret Eric Schwalm, who reviewed the materials presented in the report. Schwalm compared the described information-gathering methods to the SALUTE reporting framework used in military intelligence operations and expressed concern about the potential risks to law enforcement personnel if such information were widely shared.
“This is mind-blowing,” Schwalm said in the report. “We have an entire nation of collectors against our country’s law enforcement. It’s extremely dangerous.”
He added that the level of coordination described would have posed significant challenges in a military context.
The operation has already collected over 5,000 records, including sensitive data and personal contact information for federal agents.

The situation highlights ongoing tensions between immigration enforcement efforts and activist groups who oppose those policies, as well as broader questions about privacy, protest activity, and the safety of law enforcement officers.
