Shock Video: Texas High School Students Savagely Beat Teacher at Anti-ICE Class Walkout Protest
Video posted by Real America’s Voice reporter Brian Glenn shows a mob of Hays Consolidated School District students in Kyle, Texas, violently attacking a man identified by Glenn as a teacher during an anti-ICE class walkout on Monday.
The footage shows students surrounding the man, striking him, chasing him to his pickup truck, throwing objects, and shouting insults. One student wore a black shirt reading, “Kill Your Local Pedophile,” while another person—reportedly a teacher attempting to intervene—wore a shirt stating, “Choose Kindness Always.”
KEYE-TV also shared video of protests occurring at multiple Hays CISD campuses.

Hays CISD Responds
Hays CISD released a statement addressing the student walkouts but did not mention the reported attack on the teacher. The statement emphasized that the protests were not sanctioned by the district, that students who skipped class without permission would face disciplinary action, and that safety and uninterrupted instruction remain priorities. The district also reiterated its neutrality in political matters while acknowledging students’ constitutional rights to free speech, referencing the 1969 Supreme Court decision Tinker v. Des Moines.
The walkouts affected at least four school districts: Hays CISD, Manor ISD, Lockhart ISD and Pflugerville ISD.

Police Report
Kyle Police said two juveniles were arrested during the protests for alcohol-related offenses and resisting law enforcement, but confirmed these arrests were not related to the teacher attack.
