Ingredients

*For the Steaks:*
– 1 lb ground beef
– 1 egg
– 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
– 2 tsp ketchup
– 2 tsp mustard
– 1 tsp kosher salt
– 2 tsp dried oregano
*For the Gravy:*
– 1 cup beef broth
– 2 tbsp butter
– 2 tbsp flour
– 1 tbsp mustard
– 1/2 tsp onion powder
– 1 cup mushrooms
– Salt and pepper to taste
**Instructions**
1. Mix the steak ingredients in a bowl. Form into 4 patties. Heat oil in a skillet and cook patties for 3 minutes per side. Remove.
2. In the same skillet, melt butter and whisk in flour. Add beef broth, mustard, and onion powder. Add mushrooms and simmer for 5 minutes.
3. Return steaks to the skillet, cover, and cook for 10 more minutes. Serve over mashed potatoes with gravy.
