A DoorDash delivery driver in New York faces two felony charges for filming a TikTok video of a partially nude customer who was reportedly “incapacitated and unconscious on his couch due to alcohol consumption,” according to police.

Olivia Henderson, 23, of Oswego, allegedly recorded the video on Oct. 12 and posted it to her TikTok account, @irlmonsterhighdoll, where it quickly gained attention. The video has been posted and removed multiple times.

Henderson told TikTok viewers that she had arrived at the customer’s home to leave a food order as requested. She claimed that when she arrived, “their front door was wide open and they were within eyesight of the front door, laying on the couch, indecently exposed.”

On Oct. 15, Henderson posted another video stating, “Three days ago … I was a victim of SA [sexual assault] by a DoorDash customer while I was doing my job as a DoorDash driver.” She reported the incident to police, saying it had led to her losing her job.

According to Oswego Police, the investigation found that while a male customer was nude inside his home when the delivery was made, Henderson had taken video footage of him from outside the residence. “It was further discovered that the DoorDash driver had made claims of being sexually assaulted during this incident,” police said. “The investigation by the Oswego Police Department determined that no sexual assault occurred. The male depicted in the video cooperated with police and provided a statement.”

Authorities allege Henderson posted the video on social media before notifying law enforcement. She said DoorDash deactivated both her account and the customer’s following the incident.

Henderson posted multiple TikToks defending her actions, stating, “I was working. I was literally working, and they deactivated me … They just fired me, and the police are doing nothing! I lost my job! That was my only way to make money to pay my bills!” She also asserted she did not enter the customer’s home and claimed the front door was already open upon her arrival.

DoorDash issued a statement on TikTok confirming that sharing videos from inside a customer’s home violates company policy and raises privacy concerns. The company said it deactivated both accounts and is cooperating with law enforcement.

Henderson has been charged with one count of unlawful surveillance and one count of dissemination of an unlawful surveillance image, each carrying a potential sentence of up to eight years in prison. She was released with an appearance ticket for a Dec. 4 court date.

Police said the investigation is ongoing and that they are coordinating with the Oswego County District Attorney’s Office regarding prosecution.
