LOS ANGELES (KABC) — A federal grand jury has indicted three women accused of following an Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agent to his home and posting his personal address on social media, the Department of Justice announced Friday.

The women — Cynthia Raygoza, 37, of Riverside; Sandra Carmona Samane, 25, of Panorama City; and Ashleigh Brown, 38, of Aurora, Colorado — face one count of conspiracy and one count of publicly disclosing the personal information of a federal agent.

According to the indictment, the women tracked the ICE agent from downtown Los Angeles to his residence in late August.

“The defendants livestreamed on their Instagram accounts their pursuit of the victim and provided directions as they followed him home, encouraging viewers to share the livestream,” the DOJ said in a statement.

Once at the agent’s residence, prosecutors say the women shouted to bystanders while livestreaming, using phrases such as “our neighbor is ICE,” “la migra lives here,” and “ICE lives on your street and you should know.” They also allegedly shared the agent’s address on Instagram, telling viewers, “Come on down.”

In a separate case, Ashleigh Brown faces charges of assault on a federal officer. Authorities are actively searching for Cynthia Raygoza.

If convicted, each of the women could face up to five years in federal prison for each count.

“Our brave federal agents put their lives on the line every day to keep our nation safe,” Acting U.S. Attorney Bill Essayli said. “The conduct of these defendants is deeply offensive to law enforcement officers and their families. Anyone who threatens, doxes, or harms a federal agent will face prosecution and prison time.”
