need two pounds of ground beef in a
mixing bowl plus one grated onion some
parsley garlic and boars and cheese and
next we’re gonna season it up with some
Italian seasoning smoked paprika and a
little bit of my all-purpose seasoning
followed by some Parmesan cheese sour
cream and now it’s time to get in there
with your hands and massage that in fold
all of those ingredients together we’re
gonna add a little bit more seasoning
and now we’re going down with our egg
and bread crumbs this is going to help
hold everything together once it becomes
one big meatball we’re gonna add it to a
baking sheet and form it into a loaf hit
it with a little bit more seasoning
because why the hell not We’re Here for
a Good Time not a long time pop that in
a 400 degree oven for about 45 to 60
Minutes during the last 10 to 15 minutes
we want to hit it with that sauce I like
to use half barbecue sauce half ketchup
back in the oven to caramelize and you
want to let this rest for about 15
minutes before you slice into it brace
