WATCH: Chilling Surveillance Video Shows 42-Year-Old Bradford Gille Stabbing Innocent Shoppers at a Traverse City Walmart
Newly released surveillance footage captures the moment 42-year-old Bradford James Gille of Afton, Michigan, carried out a stabbing attack inside a Walmart in Traverse City last month, injuring 11 people.
Gille has been formally charged with one count of terrorism and 11 counts of assault with intent to murder, according to officials. Authorities say the charges reflect the random and violent nature of the incident, and investigators are treating it as a potential act of domestic terrorism.
