AITA for Adding to the Tips

I (F) and hubby (M) go out to eat. He frequently tips low. Like one time the waitress actually followed us out the door to ask if he had a problem with the service and got mad he left a 10 percent tip. She was TAH for doing that but anyway, she shook him down in front of friends and family for a higher tip.

We celebrated dinner out for a birthday and he tipped 10 percent again. I added another 5 bucks to get it up to about 18 percent. It was a slow night for the waitress, all was good, restaurant clean, food decent. My husband got mad and yelled at me for adding more. He said he hates when I do that and it seems like I do not approve of him and thanks for ruining the night and now he has to go home mad. He speeds out of the parking lot, squealing tires and speeds really fast down the road. Our back seat passenger daughter, adult F was thrown around as he sped along a hilly winding road probably to piss me off and scare me.
