Dear Mr. Fixit:

So we bought a beautiful farmhouse that was built in the 1890’s now i know with an old house its going to come with its quirks (the tree trunk support beams for example) but this to me is the most concerning in the doorway to one of the bedrooms ive noticed the floor seperating from the wall and the baseboard I dont think this is normal my wife just writes it off as its an old house. Should i be worried about structural integrety of our home or am i just being a worrywort like my wife thinks.
