Trust in police POLL

Almost two-thirds of Americans said they trust U.S.-based police departments to do what’s right all or most of the time amid renewed calls for reform of U.S. policing, according to a Quinnipiac University poll.

The poll, found that 62 percent of respondents said they trust police to do what is right all or most of the time, while 36 percent of those surveyed said they trust police to do what is right some of the time or hardly ever.
