Republican Representative Anna Paulina Luna of Florida has made serious accusations regarding Congressman Eric Swalwell, suggesting the California Democrat may face criminal consequences as his growing misconduct scandal intensifies.

Swalwell’s resignation came after several women, including a former staff member, accused him of sexual misconduct and assault. One accuser alleged that he raped her twice while she was too intoxicated to give consent.
