President Trump on Monday revealed new visual concepts for the presidential library and museum he plans to build in downtown Miami, offering the public a first look at the ambitious project.

A video showing the proposed design was shared by Trump on Truth Social. The footage presents a tall tower rising above Miami’s skyline, with the name “Trump” lit near the top of the structure. Above it sits an antenna designed in red, white, and blue. Midway up the building, an American flag is displayed above what appears to be a statue of Trump placed over the building’s gold-toned main entrance.

The statue depicts the president raising his fist, seemingly referencing the moment he shouted “fight, fight, fight” after surviving an assassination attempt in July 2024 in Butler, Pennsylvania.

Inside the building, visitors would be welcomed by the presidential aircraft Air Force One positioned near a gold-colored escalator. The escalator appears to reference Trump’s 2015 presidential campaign announcement, when he descended an escalator at Trump Tower to launch his run for the White House.

The video also shows exhibits and displays filling the building’s interior, including military helicopters, fighter jets, and even a tank positioned throughout open hallways that extend upward through the structure.

Plans for the tower include recreations of key locations tied to the presidency, such as replicas of the Oval Office, a “Presidential Walk of Fame,” and a model of the new White House ballroom. The design also features a modern auditorium and an outdoor terrace garden with fountains.

The exterior of the building is largely made of glass, with windows covering every level of the tower. The transparent design stands in contrast to the presidential library and museum built for Barack Obama in Chicago, which critics have compared to a monolithic structure.

The project is being designed by Bermello Ajamil, a Florida-based architecture firm owned by Woolpert.

A nonprofit group called the Presidential Library Foundation was formed in Florida last year with the goal of raising funds for the construction of the library and museum.

According to the White House, the project is intended to honor what officials describe as one of the most significant presidencies in American history.

White House spokesman Davis Ingle said the building is expected to be one of the most impressive structures in the world and will reflect the lasting influence Trump has had on the country.

Trump’s son, Eric Trump, also commented on the project on social media, saying he has spent the last six months working closely with his team at the Trump Organization to develop the concept.

Eric Trump said the waterfront landmark planned for Miami will serve as a lasting tribute to his father, whom he described as an extraordinary developer and the greatest president the United States has had.
