Three unusually large rats were caught on camera roaming freely inside a McDonald’s located in a Walmart.
The footage, recorded by a vigilant shopper known only as Jesse and aired on ABC 30, shows the long-tailed rodents emerging from under a counter and scurrying across the kitchen floor. At one point, the trio seems startled by a noise and disappears further into the kitchen.
The McDonald’s in question is inside a Walmart Supercenter in Dinuba, California.
A Walmart spokesperson told ABC 30, “We are aware of the concern raised and take matters like this very seriously. Upon being notified, the restaurant was immediately closed, and facility and service partners were engaged on-site to assess the situation and implement appropriate corrective measures.”
It is unclear when the video was recorded, and a Walmart employee told The Post that the McDonald’s remains closed.
