New video has surfaced showing self-described “Antifa General” Kyle Wagner apparently spitting on a federal agent during his arrest in Minneapolis.
As previously reported by The Gateway Pundit, 37-year-old Wagner was taken into custody in a dramatic pre-dawn raid on Thursday by heavily armed DHS agents. The arrest followed a series of alarming social media posts in which Wagner urged followers to arm themselves and “hunt,” “cripple,” and “prosecute at the barrel of a gun” ICE and CBP officers. Wagner, who wore an “I ‘M ANTIFA!” hoodie during the arrest, now faces serious federal charges, including cyberstalking under 18 U.S.C. § 2261A(2) and making interstate threats under 18 U.S.C. § 875(c). Authorities allege these offenses stem from his online doxxing of a pro-ICE supporter and calls for violence against federal agents, whom he labeled “Gestapo” and “murderers.”
The Daily Wire obtained video showing Wagner’s behavior escalating during the arrest. In the clip, the activist, who was reportedly evading authorities at the time, appears to spit directly at an agent. This act could potentially add assault on a federal officer to his list of charges, which carry a combined potential sentence of up to 26 years in prison.
Eyewitness reports from the scene described Wagner as visibly distraught, even crying, as he was led away in handcuffs.

Minneapolis City Council Member Aisha Chughtai, a Democrat, issued a statement criticizing the raid. She claimed that “ICE agents [broke] down an apartment building’s door and two dozen agents [went] in and [arrested] a woman that was our neighbor,” further asserting that no arrest warrant was involved and expressing concern over the impact on the community.
The Department of Homeland Security, however, confirmed the arrest on X, stating:
“Today, HSI and DOJ arrested Kyle Wagner, a self-identified Antifa domestic terrorist in Minneapolis who conspired to threaten, dox, and kill our brave ICE officers. He is charged with numerous federal crimes including Impeding/Retaliating Against a Federal Officer – Threatening Injury to Family, Interstate Domestic Violence, Conspiracy to Impede or Injure an Officer, Solicitation to Commit a Crime of Violence, and Interstate Communications.”
The Daily Wire obtained a copy of ANTIFA Kyle’s arrest warrant as well as a video of appearing to spit on an agent.

Authorities emphasized that threatening or harming law enforcement officers will not be tolerated.
Wagner appeared in court on February 5 and remains in federal custody pending further proceedings.
