Adult film star and social media influencer Mary Magdalene has been found dead outside a hotel in Thailand.
The 33-year-old, whose real name was Denise Ivonne Jarvis Gongora, died after falling nine floors from a balcony at the Paton Tower high-rise in Phuket. She had checked into the hotel for a single night and was pronounced dead on Tuesday.
According to Police Capt. Channarong Prakongkuea of Patong Police Station, hotel staff discovered her body in the building’s parking area shortly after 1:30 p.m. Local Thai media reported that sandals were found placed on the balcony of her room in a way that suggested she had stepped outside before the fall.
Her body was transported from Paton Hospital to Vachira Phuket Hospital for a post-mortem examination, and her family has been notified.
Mary Magdalene, who was Canadian-Mexican, was widely known for her extreme cosmetic surgeries, including breast augmentation, a Brazilian butt lift, and other procedures that significantly altered her appearance.
She had previously spoken openly about a difficult upbringing in a strict religious household and struggles with substance abuse at a young age. In past interviews, she described experimenting with drugs during her early teenage years.
At 17, she began working as an escort and later earned income through adult content platforms, where she gained a large online following.
Authorities have not yet released further details surrounding the circumstances of her death.
