A Georgia mother who posted a heartfelt GoFundMe tribute for her deceased 2-year-old son is now facing criminal charges in his death.

Raven Louise Broniecki, 29, was charged last week with involuntary manslaughter, cruelty to children, and criminal negligence in connection with the death of her son, Keith Richard, according to WTOC-TV.

Little Keit Richard, 2, was fatally shot on Nov. 22 in what was initially ruled an accident, according to news reports. GoFundMe

Just five days before her arrest on December 8, Broniecki reportedly created a GoFundMe page in her son’s memory. In the post, she wrote, “My sweet baby boy, my best friend, my whole world has recently passed away. We spent all our funds on funeral and urns and other things for our baby boy and we now are left with a hefty amount of bills and just need some help to get back on our feet. We are very stressed and heartbroken. Still have six children to raise and we are trying our best.” The fundraising page has since been removed.

WJCL-TV reports that Keith Richard was taken to the hospital on November 22 after suffering a fatal gunshot wound at the family home. Authorities initially described the shooting as accidental.
