Two intruders smashed their way into the Studio City home of music producer Benny Blanco’s mother, forcing the terrified woman to hide as they roamed the house.

Sandra Beth Levin, mother of Blanco (whose real name is Benjamin Levin), was at home Monday night when the sound of breaking glass sent her fleeing to a bathroom, police told FOX 11. She could hear multiple people moving through the house and eventually peered out to see two masked figures prowling the property. The suspects fled when they realized she was there.

Authorities discovered broken glass at the scene, but thankfully no one was injured. It remains unclear if the burglars stole anything, KTLA reported. Public records show the home is valued at roughly $3 million and belongs to Blanco’s parents, Sandra and Andrew Levin.

Blanco, a prolific producer with eleven Grammy nominations—including a recent nod for Best Dance Pop Recording for “Bluest Flame,” which he recorded with Selena Gomez—married the Only Murders in the Building star in September. The couple celebrated with bachelor and bachelorette parties in Cabo San Lucas and Las Vegas before exchanging vows at a star-studded ceremony in Santa Barbara.

Blanco’s mother works at an assisted living facility, while his father previously had a career in the “intimate apparel business,” according to a 2018 New York Times profile.
