President Donald Trump has unveiled a new government website aimed at exposing what he calls “a massive fraud” involving illegal immigrants unlawfully receiving billions in Medicaid benefits — funds meant for American citizens.

The website, which went live Monday night, publishes the names, mugshots, and criminal charges of non-citizens found to be receiving federal health benefits illegally. Many of the individuals featured have been convicted of serious crimes, including murder, rape, burglary, and assault.

According to a statement on the site, the Trump administration has ramped up enforcement against criminal illegal aliens drawing from taxpayer-funded Medicaid, arresting hundreds of individuals since taking office. The administration says these arrests and deportations are part of an ongoing effort to ensure federal health care resources are reserved for American families rather than exploited by violent offenders.

“This crackdown, driven by executive orders prioritizing public safety and fiscal responsibility, has already led to the deportation of many individuals convicted of heinous crimes,” the statement reads. “We are committed to ensuring that Medicaid serves its rightful purpose — helping American citizens, not subsidizing lawbreakers.”

The issue comes amid a bitter budget standoff in Congress. Democrats have refused to pass a clean funding bill unless Republicans agree to $1.5 trillion in new spending — including expansions to Medicaid that would, according to GOP estimates, extend benefits to over one million illegal aliens and cost taxpayers another $200 billion over the next decade.

Vice President J.D. Vance criticized the impasse, telling Fox News that Democrats “shut down the entire government because they want to give hundreds of billions of dollars of health care benefits to illegal aliens.”

USDA Secretary Brooke Rollins added that similar abuse has been uncovered in the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), with widespread misuse of taxpayer-funded EBT cards.

“We’ve reviewed about $100 billion in SNAP spending and found thousands of illegal uses of EBT cards,” Rollins said. “We’ve moved nearly 700,000 people off the program since President Trump took office and arrested 118 individuals. We even found one person collecting benefits in six different states — and 5,000 deceased individuals still receiving funds.”

A Congressional Budget Office report found that Medicaid spending on illegal immigrants cost U.S. taxpayers over $16 billion during the first three years of the Biden administration — a figure the Trump administration cites as evidence of a system “in desperate need of reform.”

The website’s launch underscores President Trump’s broader effort to tighten oversight of federal benefit programs and hold accountable those who exploit them.
