Authorities in Southern California are searching for a woman accused of preying on elderly men by posing as their girlfriend or companion, then burglarizing their homes.

According to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, 28-year-old Adva Lavie has allegedly carried out a series of residential burglaries across Los Angeles County, including Malibu. Investigators say she used social media and dating platforms to target elderly men before stealing valuable possessions from their homes.

Officials believe at least 10 men have fallen victim to the scheme. The department released Lavie’s photo and information in hopes of locating additional victims. Lavie is also known to use the aliases Mia Ventura, Shoshana, and Shana.

Local reports indicate that Lavie has previously appeared in Playboy and Penthouse magazines and has described herself as “the first Israeli top model on OnlyFans,” according to Los Angeles TV station KTLA.

Authorities describe Lavie as 5 feet 7 inches tall, weighing approximately 105 pounds, with dark hair and brown eyes. She is said to drive a black Porsche SUV and a white Mercedes-Benz sedan.

Although she was arrested in May on a felony charge and later released on bond, Lavie is not currently in custody. It’s unclear whether her prior arrest is related to the new burglary investigation.

Police warn residents—especially seniors—to be cautious when using online dating apps, to avoid sending money or gifts to strangers, and to never invite someone into their home until they are certain of their intentions.

Michael Sartain, a podcast host familiar with Lavie, told KTLA that she has been seen at various charity galas and nightclub events in Los Angeles and Las Vegas. According to Sartain, Lavie would allegedly threaten victims who confronted her about stolen property.

Two other individuals have come forward claiming to be victims of Lavie as well.

In a statement to The Daily Mail, Lavie denied wrongdoing, claiming she was being framed.
“I think when you hang out with someone really powerful and really connected, if you upset them, they can make your life very difficult,” she said.

Authorities are urging anyone with information about Lavie or her alleged crimes to contact the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
