A woman from Illinois was recently charged with 14 counts of animal cruelty after severely neglecting 12 dogs. The dogs were dealing with bacterial infections, skin infections, heartworm, bladder stones, malnutrition, tumors, and more. Some of the dogs also had puncture wounds on their faces and were missing parts of their ears.
