Wild new video captures the moment a 16-year-old boy behind the wheel of a speeding BMW slammed into a parked UPS truck in Queens — sparking a chain-reaction crash that killed his 14-year-old passenger.
The footage, posted on the Citizen App, shows the red 2005 BMW 325i spinning out of control after it hit the truck and then ramming into the side of a tractor-trailer — ejecting young Fortune Williams and leaving her dead on the roadway.
“Fortune was a beautiful, smart, loving, kind, caring, little girl,” her devastated mother, Keisha Francis, told The Post on Thursday outside the family’s Queens home.
“She’s a very loving child. And she’s loved by many.”
Police said Fortune — an honor roll student who loved to dance and dreamed of becoming a doctor, according to her mom — was riding in the BMW as the teen boy drove “at a high rate of speed” on North Conduit Avenue near the 160th Street intersection in Springfield Gardens around 6:40 p.m. Wednesday.
The brief clip shows several vehicles passing down the residential block before the whizzing motorist veers into the right-center lane — but loses control and strikes the rear left side of a parked UPS truck.
The impact causes the truck to partially jump the curb, knocking down a UPS worker who had been trying to enter the passenger side, according to the footage.
The BMW then spins clockwise across the roadway and back into the left-center lane — where it strikes the right side of the tractor-trailer, cops said.
Responding officers found Williams lying in the street with severe head trauma.
She could not be revived.
“I don’t know how I’m going to live my life ever again,” the girl’s mom said, nearly breaking down in tears.
“Fortune meant the world to me, and I meant the world to her,” Francis said. “I can’t believe I’m not seeing her face. I can’t believe I can’t kiss her.”
The heartbroken woman said she last spoke to her daughter at 6:04 p.m. — less than an hour before the fatal crash — and that she would never forget the last words they shared.
“Before I hung up, she said ‘Mama I love you.’”
Additional videos posted on Citizen showed the dilapidated BMW — torn nearly to bits — in the middle of the roadway as NYPD officers investigated.
“The car was split in half,” said Amos Powell, who lives near where the crash happened and witnessed the aftermath.
“Fourteen years old, sad man,” Powell added. “I don’t want to blame nobody or nothing like that, but the red car was speeding, too fast. I never seen a car split in half like that.”
The teen driver was taken to Cohen Children’s Hospital in stable condition with complaints of pain. He was not facing charges as of Thursday.
The tractor-trailer driver, a 49-year-old man, stayed on scene and was not hurt.
The man who had attempted to get in the UPS truck was taken to Jamaica Hospital Medical Center, where he was listed in stable condition.
