Radical billionaire George Soros has pumped a staggering $21 billion into leftist politics since 2000, new financial filings show.
The Capital Research Center reports that Soros has funneled the cash through his nonprofit system, the Soros Network.
The Soros Network is also referred to as the Open Society Network and consists of multiple private foundations and nonprofits.
The network has served as some of the largest financial backers of left-wing politicians and activism around the globe.
In 2021 alone, Soros’ organizations plowed $2.7 billion into various left-wing nonprofits.
Much of that cash went to “dark money” groups where the funds can no longer be tracked.
The Open Society Policy Center, the Soros Network’s main advocacy arm, paid out nearly $577 million in grants in 2021.
New 2021 filings revealed that the Soros Network gave $36 million to Arabella Advisors.
Arabella Advisors is a philanthropic consulting company that funnels “dark money” to various nonprofits and individuals.
The CRC reports that the organization “supports policy advocacy on structural change.”
Arabella Advisors manages five nonprofit organizations, all of which serve as incubators for leftist nonprofits.
Those nonprofits include the New Venture Fund, Sixteen Thirty Fund, Windward Fund, and Hopewell Fund,
The Soros Network also gifted $22 million to Tides Advocacy, another dark money group.
Leading up to the 2022 midterm elections, the Voter Registration Project received $4.5 million from the Soros Network to register likely Democrat voters.
Another $20 million went to the Way to Win Action Fund, which spent $400,000 backing Democrat nominees in the January 2021 Georgia Senate special election.
Democrat Stacey Abrams, who lost two consecutive Georgia gubernatorial races, received $2 million from the Soros Network.
Abrams received the lump of Soros cash for “voting rights and election administration” advocacy.
The network gave NEO Philanthropy and its advocacy arm $21 million, some of which went to funding “advocacy on Latinx rights and empowerment” and registering “historically disenfranchised voters.”
Left-leaning lobbying group America Votes, which described itself as “the largest grassroots voter mobilization effort in the country today,” received $30 million from the Soros Network.
Courier Newsroom, a media outlet that accuses “right-wing media and political figures” of “purposefully spreading disinformation,” was given $2.5 million.
The network provided $17.5 million to Color of Change.
Color of Change was started by the Obama administration and has promoted government-run health care and the Green New Deal and launched several campaigns against conservative organizations.
Borealis Philanthropy, a group involved in identity-interest advocacy and organizing, received $21 million from the Soros Network.
The new reporting released by CRC reveals only a tiny fraction of the nearly $21 billion that George Soros and his nonprofits have gifted to left-leaning politicians and organizations worldwide since 2000 in an effort to influence global policy.
