He Can’t Help Himself: Joe Biden Sniffs Baby at White House Halloween Celebration (VIDEO)

Joe and Jill Biden Monday evening hosted local children of firefighters, nurses and police officers at the White House for a Halloween celebration.

Biden took advantage of the trick-or-treating event and sniffed a baby.

He just can’t help himself.

A father holding his baby walked up to Joe Biden and Biden immediately went in for a sniff.
