Western Omelet in a Mug

Eat this on your way to class to give you the energy you need to face the day!

  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon diced ham or one slice of chopped deli ham
  • 1 tablespoon green pepper
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons grated cheddar cheese
  • Cooking oil spray

Spray the mug with cooking oil spray so the omelet will not stick. Crack the egg into the mug and mix well with 1 tablespoon of water. Add ham, peppers, cheese and stir again. Cook 30 seconds and stir, then cook another 30 seconds. It should not be runny but fully formed. The omelet will come out of the mug round, so it is perfect on a bagel or English muffin.
