Woman who bit friend’s ear, face charged with criminal sexual conduct

A 48-year-old Rochester Hills woman who bit off part of another woman’s ear after she denied her advances is being charged with criminal sexual conduct, among other things, reported the Oakland County Sheriff’s Office in a news release.

Allison Weaver was arraigned Friday in the 52-3 District Court in Rochester Hills. In addition to being charged with criminal sexual conduct, a 15-year felony, she is also charged with assault with intent to do great bodily harm, a 10-year felony and assault with intent to maim, another 10-year-felony. 

From what the victim told deputies, the situation started Monday and went into early Tuesday morning when she invited Weaver over for drinks since they were previously neighbors. The woman told authorities that Weaver then began making sexual advances towards her, which she refused.

Afterward, the woman said she went to bed.

The woman told police that the she woke up to a naked Weaver strangling and biting her. She told the woman she was going to kill her. The victim had part of her left ear bitten off, numerous bite marks on her face and several facial injuries.

Police said Weaver appeared to be under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol. 

Weaver is being held on a $75,000 bond. A pretrial hearing has been scheduled for Sept. 30, with an exam scheduled for Oct. 7.
